Is there a fee to drop off recyclables?

Drop-off is free of charge during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 

Please call us at 808-232-2000 if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for free drop-off.

Do you accept printers?

Yes, we accept most standard printers for drop-off.
Large, commercial-grade printers may incur a handling fee. You can find our full list of accepted items here.

Are appointments needed for donation drop-offs?

No appointment is required for drop-offs.
You can visit us Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

If you’re bringing a large load, we kindly ask that you call ahead or use our booking form to schedule a drop-off. This ensures a team member will be available to assist you.

What electronics do you accept?

We accept a wide range of electronic waste, including:

  • Laptops, desktops, tablets, servers

  • Cell phones, rotary phones

  • Hard drives, monitors, printers, cables

  • Flat screen and CRT televisions

  • UPS backup batteries and lead-acid batteries, Lithium-Ion 

  • Network switches, routers, and cables

  • RAM, CPU chips, and power cords

  • Ink cartridges and toners

What items do you NOT accept?

We cannot accept the following:

  • Household appliances (microwaves, toasters, rice cookers)

  • Personal electronics (electric toothbrushes, razors, etc.)

  • Stereo systems and large wooden speakers

  • Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, fluorescent bulbs)

  • Loose lithium batteries

  • Construction or demolition debris

  • Propane tanks or compressed gas

Do you provide collection bins?

Yes, we provide collection bins for condominiums and businesses to support ongoing e-waste collection.
Note: Collection bins are not available for residential use at this time.

Do you offer data destruction?

Yes, we provide secure data destruction services for hard drives and other storage devices, including certificates of destruction upon request.
